Michael Thompson

Michael gained his knowledge and love of cheese by working behind the cheese counter in our very own Arcadia. He completed a cheese making course at the School of Artisan Food and after gaining some experience in England he returned to start production on Young Buck, his unpasteurised blue cheese which has gained a strong fanbase amongst local chefs and foodies.
